Hi loves,
So as some of you might know I've committed to making a positive lifestyle change and have been eating a lot cleaner and healthier and have been adding workouts into my everyday routine. I feel amazing and I attribute it all to doing the 21 day fix and drinking Shakeology. January 19th is when I began my journey with a 3 day detox cleanse, which led me into my 21 day fix (Please ask me if you have any questions about the program, I'd be so happy to answer them and tell you more about why I love it.) Welp, lets just say I loved the results, not only physically but also emotionally and mentally. I am now on my round 2 and I honestly don't plan on stopping because it is not a "diet". I literally get to eat everything I like just in moderation and of course a healthier version which is helping me achieve my goals and dreams of being a fit, healthy, hot mama & wifey (can I get an amen?!) Now, I am no where near my ultimate goals yet, but I am so inspired by the results I've already seen that I am so excited to get there.
Now as we've all heard fitness is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise that is why it is crucial for me as a new mommy, living in a new place, with my new husband (even though we've been together for almost 7 years lol) to be able to make fast, yummy, easy meals and snacks that take little to no prep.
